I will cover why boundaries are essential for mental health, when you should set them, and what areas of your life you should set boundaries in. You will get on-the-spot coaching, insight from others, and practice setting boundaries in a safe group environment. You will also receive some worksheets to help you set boundaries in your life :) This workshop is for you if: * You are angry or resentful because you always give of yourself and get nothing in return. * You can’t say “No” to requests for your time and energy. * If you do have to say “No,” you feel guilty and/or anxious. *You are exhausted all the time because you are so busy (new moms excluded). * You feel like people take advantage of you. * You don’t stick up for yourself when someone else is rude, unfair, or abusive. * You blame others for the trouble/pain in your life. * You agree to do what others tell you, even if you don’t want to. * You can’t manage your time because you do so much for so many people. * You constantly fear what others will think about you. * You feel like you are responsible for others’ happiness/wellbeing. * You try to control other people and situations out of fear of losing control.
